Mobility is changing, and it’s changing fast – ERNST is on board. Electromobility enables us to fully exploit our development expertise as well as the entire variety of shapes, processes and materials in forming technology.

Our products can be found in a variety of systems and electric-powered vehicle classes – both in electric motors and in power electronics – from micro mobility to mild hybrids and plug-in hybrids. As a customer of ERNST involved in the joint-component development, you benefit from our comprehensive experience already starting at the predevelopment stages all the way to series production.
Upon request, we will also take over the project management for your assemblies with purchased components. We form and process material thicknesses up to six millimeters, and we are able to turn out a high-tonnage capability of up to 1,500 tons of press force.
