Shaping the Future

On 25 and 26 July 2014, a Chinese delegation headed by the Mayor of the city of Wujiang visited Ernst in Germany as part of a tour of Europe.

A comprehensive presentation and a tour of the company site gave the visitors an insight into what is currently happening at the Ernst Group and in particular the company's plans for the future.

The focus was on training young employees. The dual training system that we practise and that is supported in many ways by the company and our desire to establish a similar form of training in China in the future was very well received by the Chinese politicians, who offered to support such an initiative.
