Niederbronn is a completely equipped production location within the manufacturing network of Ernst. From here intermediate products are as well dispatched as finished components. Many manufacturers don´t regard sheet metal forming as their core competence any more and therefore outsource it. In the wake of such outsourcing projects tools and product responsibility are passed over to Ernst. Therefore tool manufacturing is as well established here as in the other plants.
A quality laboratory with 3D-measuring robot, microscopes and several other testing equipment monitor constantly that everything is within the tolerance gates. These are strictly focussed on customer benefit. State of the art facilities as an eroding machine, for example, allow for the best geometrical precision.
Metal forming capacities can flexibly be adapted to demand within the existing resources. A similar flexibility is applicable to the organization of the shifts.
