Apprentices from Niederbronn visit the mother plant in the South West of Germany on a regular basis to attend spezial training sessions together with their German collegues. The apprenticeship lays the foundation for a career entry at the tool manufacturing or production of Ernst. In the age of globalization young people are even more aware than previous generations that the competitiveness of their jobs depends on their competence.
